Jill Morin has lived in the Raleigh area since 1994. Jill met her husband Tony in Connecticut while attending college. After college they moved to the Raleigh area and now have four amazing children. Jill earned her real estate license in 1997, but waited to begin real estate until the youngest child was in Kindergarten. Jill spent 11 years as the marketing director for her husbands' new home building company, Biltmore Homes. Jill knows marketing. Today, strategic marketing is critical to the selling of a home. We may make it look easy but, so much goes into the successful marketing plan. In 2009 & 2010 Jill earned top awards for "Most Listings", Hall of Fame for Heritage Wake Forest, Winner's Circle, Multiple Quarterly VIP awards & Monthly Top Producing Agent Awards. Some of the designations she has earned include, Short Sale & Foreclosures Specialist, GRI - Graduate, REALTOR® Institute, CRS - Certified Real Estate Specialist, e-PRO, MIRM - Member in Residential Marketing, CSP - Certified Sales Person, Certified Marketing Person.

Kay LaVelle began her real estate career in 1986 on Long Island. She was extremely successful from day one. Kay treats every buyer like they are family. She sincerely cares about each and every client. Kay is very proud to have helped over 500 families with the home buying process. Kay sold homes for Biltmore Homes, a local custom builder for the past 15 years. Kay attributes her success to truly loving what she does in all areas of real estate. Kay has three children and 10 grandkids! Kay was raised in Pennsylvania and married her high school sweetheart Patrick.
